N-phenyl-N'(2-chloro-6-fluoro-benzoyl) urea, preparation thereof and use thereof as insecticides

The present invention relates to new N-phenyl-N '- (2-chloro-6-fluorobenzoyl) ureas of the formula IMAGE in which R represents haloalkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms and R¹ represents hydrogen, halogen or haloalkyl and X represents oxygen or sulfur and n represents the number 1 or 2. These new compounds have strong insecticidal properties. They are obtained if substituted anilines of the formula IMAGE are reacted with 2-chloro-6-fluoro-benzoyl isocyanate or substituted phenyl isocyanates of the formula IMAGE are reacted with 2-chloro-6-fluorobenzamide.
