Conveyor belt weigher with direct belt condition indicator - using return drum spring force indicator and scale for direct monitoring

A conveyor belt weigher, in partic. a dosing weigher, is used for weighing and or mixing goods and has an endless belt with drive and return drums. A weighing section between drive and return drums has bounding rollers and an intermediate measurement wheel. The return drum may move in the belt direction. It is designed for direct belt condition monitoring and easy belt changing not requiring time-consuming adjustment. The return drum is spring braced in the movement direction against the belt frame. An indicator and scale show the effective spring force directly.
