The machine has a mechanical blocking and delivery device. One end of the push-button (6) is shaped as a striker (9) whose striking surface (10) is opposite to a surface (13, 14) on the delivery device transmitting to it the pressure. When the delivery device (19, 20) is blocked by the blocking device (23), the surface (13, 14) yields to an increased pressure by the striker (9). A free space for the striker (9) is provided behind the surface (13, 14) whose depth corresponds to at least the max. depth of striker penetration. The striker dia. is less than that of the push button shank. The surface (13, 14) on which the striker impinges includes an inserted plastics plug.
