Wafer cutting and feeding machine - with reciprocating pusher plate and feeder slide to save labour

A machine for the automatic cutting and feeding wafers to the casting moulds for the production of multi-layer water and cream or chocolate fingers has an inclined chute leading from the mould table upwards to a magazine for the wafers. A pusher plate feeds the wafers to parallel cutter blades and th cut strips are moved in a separate channels down the chute by a reciprocating feeder in coordination with the movement of the moulds. This saves most of the labour, at present needed for these operations.
