The synthesis of biological peptide active substances comprises the prodn. of informative ribonucleic acid (iRNA) with the synthesis information for anti-isotype antibodies against the biologically active gp. of the corresp. oligo- or polypeptide molecule and the prodn. of antibody fragments of the antideterminant gp. by enzymatic and/or chemical fragmentation. Used for the prodn. of peptides such as lower-mol. metabolic regulators (inhibitors, repressors or stimulants) and hormone-like substances. Process permits prodn. of peptide prods. without prior structural elucidation.
