The cooling radiator for a haulage vehicle is made of plates with punched tapered collars joined to form flow channels. Thin plates (1) are stacked and perforated, and are connected with collars the projecting to form flow spaces between the plates. The projecting collars are welded together at their meeting points forming sealed channels. The plates can be coated with material suitable for making this welded connection on heating the whole assembly.
