Small cellular concrete beams production machine - has mould with vibrators concrete discharge hopper and transfer mechanism for cast beams

The machine for mass production of small cellular concrete beams has a mobile hopper for discharging concrete into the mould (9). The mould supporting platform (3) has vibrators and a mechanicanism (4, 5) with three dimensional vertical and horizontal movement for placing of moulding pieces (10) and transfer of cast beams onto a conveyor belt. As the concrete sets, the moulds are removed from beams on the conveyor belt and transferred back to be used for further castings. The hardened beams are stored in a bin at the end of the conveyor and the process of casting one beam takes 240 seconds.
