The roof has arced supports standing in a vertical plane. At regular intervals in the side of the supports, vertical brackets are attached and carry a horizontal tube. Horizontal beams span the vertical supports and rest on the horizontal tubes. The beams are formed from metal channels and twin vertical end plates support horizontal tubes which rest on the previous horizontal tubes at right angles. A clamp secures the tubes together and the sheet roofing is layed over the array of beams to form a curved or straight surface. The upper channel surface of the beams slopes at the local angle of the sheet roofing.
