The perforated board (2) with interlocking hooks (1) may be used in workshops to mount tools on a wall. The board (2) has a grid or square holes (2') and the hooks are of a 'U' formation with a plate (13) appended to the bar. The plate acts with a cranking of the legs of the 'U' to secure the hook in the board hole, and is inserted in a hole by tilting followed by a downward displacement. The plate may be rectangular, be of a depth of somewhat greater than that of a board hole, and be mounted normal to the legs (11, 12). When viewed in a plane normal to the leg axis the plate presents tongues (14, 15) projecting above and below the legs. The legs are of metal strip and step symmetrically in 16, 17) to join the resp. sides of the plate (13).
