A number of uprights (2) are anchored in the ground, and act as supports for a framework. The uprights support outer non-bearing cladding forming the building's walls. A vertical section (3) is fixed onto each upright (2), having roughly the same height as the upright. Each section (3) is fixed to the middle of the upright (2) so that the free ends of the sections protrude to form a support for the outer, non-bearing cladding, or for a mesh on which concrete is cast. The free end of each section has an outer extension touching the outer surface of the outer cladding, for fixing on prefabricated panels.
