Multi-axle electric traction vehicle current regulator - senses axle sticking and individual axle motor currents for stable operation

The current regulator is used for multi axle electric traction vehicles. The driving motors on the axles are regulated by the difference between reference and motor currents. The traction efficiency is increased and stable running is ensured. Sensors detect the 'sticking' axles and the motor currents of these axles. The drive motors are regulated by the reference and detected motor currents. Axle sticking is sensed by rotating speed detectors. The regulator can be also used in conjunction with dynamic or regenerative braking.
