The machine includes a vibrating hopper mounted on dampers and feeding a frame reciprocating horizontally to enter a moulding station and fill a mould located on a vibrating plate employed to aid compaction of the material being moulded. Mould is mounted on a slide via dampers; and the slide travels vertically to a strippng station where the moulded prod. is extracted. Vibrating plate is mounted on the frame of the moulding machine via dampers; and limit stops restrict the compression of the dampers supporting vibrating plate. Used e.g. in mfg. window sills, where conventional machines create noise due to the action of the vibrators, and such noise is very harmful to workers.
