The vehicle has a chassis steered at the rear ends by means of a first axle on a slewing ring, and in turn steering a second axle behind it. On one side of the chassis and between the axles (13, 14) is a lever (1) rocking in a bearing on the chassis and extending generally in the lengthwise direction of the latter. This is coupled by first and second transverse steering links (46, 3) to the first and second axles respectively. The second axle can likewise support the chassis via a slewing ring (22).
