ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTIONAn improved exercising device comprised of a bodysupport belt having an inner, relatively wide, and rubber-like body engaging band and an outer substantially inelasticreinforcement material, and further comprised of a relativelywide rubber-like wrap band secured to and extending substantiallybeyond the body support belt, and an elastic cord memberattached to the ends of the body support belt which can bereleasably hooked to a doorknob or the like whereby, when auser wearing the body support belt and wrap band jogs inplace against the tension of the elastic cord member, the.rubber-like body engaging band and wrap band evenly distributepressure over the contacted portion of the body and insulatethe user's midsection to induce sweating.
