The exciser enables a user to tone up the muscles of the arm and legs. It comprises a rigid baseboard (1), its length longer than its width and having rounded ends. A single hole each end locates the threaded end (6) of a rigid rod (2, 3), held by nuts (4,5 ) in the recessed underside (10) of the board. Each rod has its free and (13, 14) turned over to position an elastic loop (15, 16) placed loosely over it. Each loop forms a strap, dimensioned to suit the limb exercised. These loops can be pulled inwards to the centre to correspond with markings on a scale on the base board.
