Card perforation mechanism using master card - has cards support crossed over by unit having series of spring loaded retractable punches

The card perforating mechanism has a series of spring loaded retractable punches in a first unit (4). A second unit (5) which is crossed over by the punches (12) has a support for the card to be reproduced. This second unit has also an element which can be transversally displaced and which is designed to axially lock the punches. The virgin card to be perforated is supported in a frame (1) placed on a perforated pressure wall (2). An actuating element displaces in succession the first and second units in the direction of a fixed frame (17) so as to ensure reading of a master card then the locking sequence of the punches which have passed over the master card and finally cutting length of card. The element then return the units and locking means to their initial posn.
