摘要
The prefabricated building panel comprises internal (2) and external (1) leaves defining a cavity (3), the internal leaf being of insulating material and the cavity being filled with in situ lightweight or no fines concrete. The cavity intervals is maintained by lattice workedge beams and interior spacers (9), the fixings utilising horizontal grooves at vertical interval in the inside face of the inner leaf. The grooves are formed by 'U' or omega sections (11) with openings at longitudinal intervals, looped tie wires (4) with twisted nubs (6) being threaded through the opening. The ties present two free ends (7) which pass into the cavity to fix to the booms of the beams or locate the spacers, the nub locating in the opening and the loop affixing to a bar (14) in the groove. Spacers may be cast blocks or stirrup bars (9a, 9c), the tie ends being embedded in the outer leaf.
