The combined tool cupboard and work bench folds up for storage or transport, taking the form of a two-wheeled trolley when in the compact form. The cupboard comprises a vertically elongated rectangular box with shelving and e.g. swing doors to the front face, being mounted on the wheels (36). A rectangular leaf is connected to the top rear cupboard corners by pinned (67, 71) angle iron straps (68), extending the cupboard top when deployed, and folding against the rear cupboard face (14) when retracted. A 'U' frame leg is pinned to the freel leaf edge. inc. pinned and lockable angle braces, and fitting between the leaf and the cupboard when retracted. The leg may be longer than the leaf, thus, projecting above the cupboard top in the form of a stirrup handle (78). Shackles (83) to hooks may hold the leaf tight onto the rear cupboard wall.
