PURPOSE:To make it possible to provide a harmonized and nice taste of a sweetened miso and boiled (roasted) fish paste (kamaboko) without flowing out of the miso even on cutting, by rolling a sweetened miso comprising a fat and oil and an emulsifier. CONSTITUTION:A sweetened miso is mixed with a fat and oil containing an emulsifier, rolled in ground fish meat, and boiled or roasted. A sweetened miso, e.g. a kneaded mixture of ordinary miso with sugar, other seasonings, a spice, e.g. a beefsteak plant, a bean jam or a fat and oil, may be used as the miso. A boiled, roasted or fried fish paste may be used as the kamaboko. Glycerol, sorbitan, propylene glycol or sucrose ester of a fatty acid or soybean phospholipid may be used as the emulsifier.
