TRANSFER SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR DECORATIVE LAMINATE UTILIZING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative laminate having an aligned embossed pattern by a method wherein a hydraulic setting material is set while being in contact with a rugged pattern and a colored pattern aligned therewith, in a process of manufacturing a inorganic decorative laminate for house consturction. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet 1 having a colored pattern layer 3 formed on projected portions 4 of a substrate sheet 2 is prepared by forming a foaming resin layer 2a on a base material sheet 6, forming a foam-inhibitor layer 7 on the resin layer 2a in the regions where the recessed portions are to be formed, forming a primer layer 8 on the layer 2a and the layer 7 if required, then forming a colored pattern layer 3 of transferring property on the resin layer 2a or on the primer layer 8 in the regions where the projected portions 4 are to be formed, and placing the assembly in a coaming condition. A colored pattern can be provided at the recessed portions 5. After placing the transfer sheet in a mole 10 with the colored pattern layer 3 up, a hydration curing material 11 is poured on to the sheet 1, set in situ and released from the mold, followed by separation of the sheet 1 from the cured member.
