PURPOSE:A frozen food (aisu keki) capable of giving a unique and improved flavor, easily manufacturable and handleable, and comprising a core or core group surrounded by an ice layer which are clearly distinguishable and jointed together. CONSTITUTION:A sirup water is put into a container made of a waterproof film, e.g. a plastic, aluminum or waterproof paper. A core having a thin rod consisting of a chocolate, fruit, cheese, bean jam or cream is placed in the sirup water and frozen to give a frozen food (aisu keki). Alternatively, a sirup water is frozen to some extent, and a core is placed in the water and frozen, or a sirup water frozen by a freezer with agitation to some extent is introduced into a container, and a core is placed therein and frozen.
