The concrete panel (1) is cast by raising the shutters (2a,2b) in stages using a device supported by a vertical metallic bars (6). The bars are cast within vertical ribs (7) on one side of the panel and metallic clips (11) are positioned transversely at each stage to link the bars (6) to the opposite side of the panel. Each bar has a series of clips distributed along its length at regular intervals. The clips also support horizontal rods (12,13) and attach to vertical rods (14) which are cast in the side of the panel opposite the bars.
