1516215 Coating confectionery SOREAT SA 14 Aug 1975 [5 March 1975] 33957/75 Heading A2B Confectionery articles having a base of gum arabic (e.g. jojobes or chewing gum) are moulded, dried and immediately refrigerated and then coated in one or several steps with a varnish and then with sugar syrup to give a coating of appreciable thickness, subjected to air at a temperature of less than 20‹C to dry the varnish and finally coated with aromatized sugar. The varnish may be a flavoured and coloured alcoholic solution of shellac.
