The dispenser consists of a cylindrical pressure vessel (5) with an inner container (9). The latter has a rigid base (15) with a small pressure vessel (11) below the base. The small pressure vessel contains air at high pressure, which can be released by a hollow needle (6) mounted in a flexible base (7) of the outer vessel. The released high pressure air forces the inner container upwards until it is pierced by an upper hollow needle (4). The contents of the inner container can then flow out through a valve (3) and an atomiser (1).
