Process for producing acrylonitrile Polymer Fiber. It consists of the following Operations: 1) batch Melting extrusion of a single Phase homogeneous polymer of acrylonitrile and water through a stretching directly to an area of Steam pressurized solidification. 2) keyed up while the Extruded Product remains within the area of solidification.It uses a rotor whose Holes are partially blocked. The drying of the product Extruded out under conditions of 120 - 180gc Dry Ball temperature and 60 - 100gc Wet Ball. The Extruded Product drawing is relaxed in Steam under pressure.
