In this seat, the inclination of the parts particularly of the support of the seat with respect to the foot, is adjustable and lockable in a determined position by means of an actuating lever and a tightening bolt. The eccentric locking systems known of this type present the danger that imprecisions and wear do not allow to reach a sufficient locking force. To eliminate this inconveniency, there is provided a spring device (16) on the tightening bolt (14) so as to push the latter longitudinally with respect to the parts to be held in a locking position. The actuating lever (19-21) operatingly engages a stop of the clamping bolt and pushes it to an unlocking position.
