The method involves arranging an orthopedic seat support on a seat surface and a seat underside (12). An attaching part of a support structure (11) is provided on the seat underside and the seat support. The support structure is provided with coupling facilities (20-90). An office chair frame is fixed with a foot frame. The coupling facilities are connected with the orthopedic seat support and the office chair frame for formation of an orthopedic office chair. An independent claim is also included for an orthopedic set.
