Blends of polymers and bituminous material, articles therefrom, and process for making the articles

Blends of chlorine-containing elastomer and a bituminous material of defined softening point and asphaltenes content contain a dialkyl tin derivative of a dicarboxylic acid. The presence of the tin compound reduces the impairment of brittle temperature which takes place when sheets formed from the blend are heated to relieve stresses.
