The arm splint consists of two U-shaped member which are hinged together at abutting ends. At the other ends U-shaped extensions are provided which can be drawn out from the main members to provide a different sized assembly. Side extensions to the walls of the main members at the abutting ends are provided. Holes are drilled in these extensions to accommodate a threaded bolt which holds the assembly together. Pref. the U-shaped members and the extensions are made of impact resisting polystyrene.DS.
