Roof suspension bracket for cable pipes - has open base for top bolt access and contoured sides with overlap base plus bolt fixing

The design is for easy installation of the top bolt for suspension and the access to it for tightening etc. when the bracket has been closed. The bracket has a top mounting hole (15) for the suspension bolt (22). The top plate (16) of the bracket is flat with side plates (17) curving away to the bottom sections (11,13) which overlap. When the bracket is closed the top first angle (19) on either side of the suspension bolt (22) pulls into a right angle, the bottom parts (11,13) overlap with one at the bottom (13) and the top one (11) carrying a threaded centre section (12). The overlapping bottoms may be soldered or sweated together. When closed the sides (17) are symmetrical to ensure even loading on the suspension bolt (22). The outer (13) bottom plate also has a hole (14) which coincides with the threaded one (12) in the other base. A second unit can be bolted below using the threaded (12) base for fixing. A catch (25,26) prevents the bottom (11,13) springing apart when it is being assembled. All holes can be vibration damped with bushes if required.
