PURPOSE:To perform measurement of multiple reacting liquids with a small space simultaneously with high accuracy by using reacting vessels formed with at least one smooth recess on the side face. The light of a light source 21 is irradiated to the reacting liquids having returned to the bottom parts 12A through a diffusion plate 22 and a holed reflecting mirror 24, and the reflected light thereof is led into a decision circuit 28 by way of a lens 25, photoelectric transducer 26, and a differential amplifier 27. Thereby, the presence or not of the cohesion reaction of the multiple reacting liquids and/or the degrees thereof can be simultaneously measured with high accuracy.
