The cabinet can be held flush against the wall by a frame-like support part (6) which has two laterally protruding fastening flaps. These flaps lie parallel to each other pref. in one plane so that they can be fixed by screws (4) or dowels etc to the end sides of the top shelf (2) and side wall (1) of the cabinet. This fitment which is now securely connected to the side and top of the cabinet can be connected up to the retaining rail fixed on the wall by hooks (10) which are associated with a depth adjustment screw (8) which can be mounted in a plate.
