摘要
The veneered tongued-and-grooved boarding is used as an internal cladding for wall or ceilings. The outside face (3) of the panel (1) has a decorative veneer (4) applied to it. Two V-notched grooves (7, 8) are cut along, and parallel to one of the tongued edges. The two grooves are back-to-back and are cut through the board so that the tip of the groove opening onto the rear side stops just short of the veneer. The grooved edge is folded along the intact veneer which acts as a hinge. The cut faces are bonded together to form a rebated edge (5) and the lower rebate is recessed to form a top.
