The tractor mounted mobile elevating and tilting trolley tilting frame (4) mounted on the lifting trolley which is fixed to the tractor. A bin is loaded onto the tilting frame (4) which pivots about a horizontal axis (6). The bin is lifted by a linear actuator (1). At the actuator high level position, a lever (20) pushes against a stirrup (21) which releases a catch (18) and tips the contents of the bin carried in the tipping frame. The lever slides through a guide.
