Chain hoist for water chute pleasure boat - has transverse grip bars and slides under boat and wide link chain

The hoist for a water chute boat in pleasure parks, has the underside of the boat with a central groove covered by transverse grip bars. These locate in the chain links in the centre of the hoist track, while the hull is supported on parallel slides, or on wheels. The grip bars are part of a fitting incorporating flexible mountings to cushion vibrations. The grip is provided at each end of the boat, leaving a gap in the centre to allow the hoist to pull over bumps without rocking the boat.
