The seed drill incorporates a conveyor belt, and has a main chassis (1) with a landwheel (10) and a power take-off (14). The drill incorporates an interchangeable assembly (26) containing a conveyor belt with a driving gear (34), mounted on the chassis in an inclined position so that the gear and the power take-off automatically engage each other. When the landwheel turns, the belt is driven by the power take-off, so as to deliver the seeds contained in a hopper (53) upwards, discharging them into a spout (2).
