This invention is a safety harness which comprises a body harness to which are attached shoulder straps 3, 3a and waist straps 3b, 3c, each incorporating a D-Ring, and a crotch strap 3d. The body harness which can be attached to the wearer prior to being seated, is secured to the person from behind, together with the crotch strap, making it tamper proof when seated. The seat is fitted with two seat belts with spring loaded hookes and adjusters. When seated the body harness is attached to the seat belts, thus securing the wearer. IMAGE
