PURPOSE:To increase the boundary accuracy between the cone and the edge, by using a ring-shape mask consisting of an elastic substance having through- holes radially, in laminating a paper-making sheet for cone on a paper-making sheet for edge. CONSTITUTION:A mask 8' of ring shape made of an elastic substance is provided at the external circumference of a circular rope 6', and its mesh is fixed with paint for parts 8'' other than the mask 8'. Through-holes 17 are provided on the mask 8' radially. When the circular rope 6' rotates, a part of a cone stock 5 in holes 7' of the ring mask 8' flows out via the through-holes 17 externally, the stock 5' attached to the edge of the mask 8' can be omitted. Thus, the circular rope 6' like this is used and a paper-making sheet for cone is laminated on a paer-making sheet for edge, allowing to increase the boundary accuracy between the cone and the edge.
