PURPOSE:To receive FM broadcasting in addition to normal TV broadcasting by converting FM broadcasting signals into TV signals of a prescribed channel and mixing the FM signals with normal TV signals to send them simultaneously to TV receivers in a installation. CONSTITUTION:An FM broadcasting signal received by an antenna 1 is frequency-converted into a TV voice signal of a prescribed channel, e.g., Ch7, by a frequency converting part 7 in an FM broadcasting receiver 2. The frequency-converted signal is mixed with a false video signal in a false video signal carrier injecting part 10 and supplied to a mixer 19 as a TV signal of the prescribed channel, Ch7, through a level adjuster 18.
