MANUFACTURE OF TUBE CONTAINER FOR EXTRUDING DIFFERENT CONTENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY

PURPOSE:To readily obtain the dual tubes by arranging a tubular mandrel at the outside of a central mandrel, providing the tubes between both mandrels and at the outside of the tubular mandrel, respectively, and connecting the head parts at the cut ends of the tubes. CONSTITUTION:At the central mandrel 1, is provided a protruded part 2 which forms a mouth of the tube container. The tubular mandrel 3 is provided at the outside of said mandrel 1. The tips of both mandrels 1 and 3 are formed in a conical shape. The outer tube 4 having a suitable length is coupled to the outer surface of the tubular mandrel 3, and the inner tube 5 is coupled between both mandrels 1 and 3. A pluralilty of through-holes 6 are provided in the vicinity of the tip of the inner tube 5. Polyolefin resin is extruded to the conical parts of both mandrels 1 and 3 and head part 7 is formed. Both mandrels 1 and 3 are pulled out. Through the above-mentioned method, the dual tubes which can contain different materials which are divided into outer and inner layers can be provided.
