Improvements in tool holders for machine tools

PURPOSE:To increase greatly the maximum frequency limit of a terminal having a frequency range from a direct current, by using a distribution constant line having linear baluns arranged surrounding a center conductor. CONSTITUTION:Earth plate 10 has center conductor 12 provided in its center and four couples of coaxial lines, forming baluns respectively, and branch conductors 13a and 14a, 13b and 14b, 13c and 14c, and 13d and 14d are provided surrounding the center conductor to form a distribution line. Diodes 4 are star-connected to respective baluns to terminate the distribution constant line and star-connection point (e) is connected to center conductor 12. Consequently, the influence of the inductance that each balun has upon frequency characteristics is eliminated. Therefore, the maximum frequency limit of the terminal [connection point (e)] having a frequency range from a direct current is increased greatly.
