Method for Preparation of hydrochloride acid (2-aminothiazol-4-yl) - acetic acid. Prepare a suspension of thiourea in water, with 125 - 250 grams of Water per mole of thiourea.Is added dropwise with stirring Constant Chloride, 4 - cloroacetoacetilo, obtained by chlorination of dicetena, dissolved in a Chlorinated hydrocarbon, such as CARBON TETRACHLORIDE, chloroform, 1,2-dichloroethane or Methylene chloride in a proportion of 3 - 5 mol per mol of clor solvents URO. The mixture was kept at room temperature for 5 to 10 C. during the reaccacion.The final product was isolated by precipitation.
