C-3028 D-2,403Abstract of the DisclosureA citizens band transmitter employing negative overallenvelope feedback in the final RF stage obtains the feedbacksignal from a filter in the antenna coupling network which hasa phase shift of 90 degrees or an odd multiple thereof at theradio frequency. A pair of detector diodes have their cathodesconnected to opposite ends of filter and their anodes connectedto a low pass filter to provide an envelope of the higher ofthe two voltages at either end of the filter in the couplingcircuit in negative feedback to the modulating signal.
