Intermolecular energy release system - uses coherent pulse modulated electromagnetic radiation impinging on surface producing total internal reflection

The system increases the energy level of atomic electrons forming the intermolecular binding of the material by using coherent pulse modulated electromagnetic radiation. The radiation is incident on the inside of a layer (i.e. sheath) enclosing the material and at an angle ensuring total internal reflection. The curvature of the reflecting inside surface (14) of the thermally-conducting sheath (6) is such that the angle with the surface normal (N) at continuous reflection at each point of reflection of the inside surface remains greater than the limiting angle for total reflection. The sheath forms a spherical volume with radius vectors shortening exponentially. The reflecting inside surface is an ellipsoid of revolution.
