The invention relates to a process for producing glass-fibre polyester/polyurethane sandwich components subjected to high dynamic loads having covering layers of glass-fibre polyester and having a supporting core of polyurethane rigid foam for use in aircraft construction and the like with predominantly load-bearing functions. The aim of the invention is to produce supporting core components subjected to high dynamic loads of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that the chemical impairment and variations in thickness of the covering layers in the case of injected covering layers are eliminated while retaining the deep anchorage. The essence of the invention is to avoid the chemical influencing between polyester resin and polyurethane foam by means of a cost-effective process combination. The invention is intended to be used for components subjected to high dynamic loads, for example in aircraft construction, the components having a load-bearing function.
