The combined sealing and pouring fitting for a bottle neck (2) has an upper part (7) with a weak zone (9) formed by a groove around it, so that it can be broken off for pouring. This zone is protected by a moulded polyethylene sleeve (10). The remainder (3) of this is of PVC and has an enlarged base (4) which screws onto the bottle neck, followed by a tapered part (6), with a cylindrical part (7) on top, with a sealed end (7a). Below the weak zone is a circular section flange (13) under which locks a circular section flange (14) around the inside of the tapered polyethylene sleeve. The sleeve has a larger base flange (12) resting on a horizontal shoulder (8) between the tapered part and the sealed cylindrical end.
