The reversible perambulator has a spindle (6), fixed on a chassis, and around which pivot two push handles. An immediate changeover is possible from the position with the baby facing its mother to that with it facing the road ahead, and back again, the seat and chassis always remaining in the same position. The seat (16) can be arranged to hinge on the chassis between the sitting and the lying position. Each push handle can have a locking pin (11) sliding in a curved groove (12) in a lateral surface (5), and engaging in notches (13) formed in the groove, to hold the handle in particular angular positions.
