PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of heat exchange by utilizing heat exchanged by a solar heat absorber and a geotherm absorber and further compositely utilizing heat from a fermentation heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A fermentation heat exchanger for improving thermal efficiency is attached to a device comprising a solar heat absorber 1 and a geotherm absorber. That is, a liquid injected through a circulating liquid inlet port 1A'' passes through a feed pipe 1F. The liquid absorbs the temperature of about 10 deg.C by a fermentation heat exchanger 3A', and further absorbs the temperature of 20 deg.C or more and is heated to 35- 40 deg.C by a further larger type fermentation heat absorber 3A''. Thus heated liquid passes through a return pipe 3E and increases the temperature of a regenerating tank for supplying hot water by the fermentation heat exchanging coil. By these procedures, such a disadvantage and inconvenience that the solar heat slone absorbed is not sufficient for heating in nighttime and adverse weather, are solved, and in addition, in summer season, such an advantage that the geotherm exchanger to be utilized for cooling room can be obtained. Further, by burning a gas generated from the fermentation cultivation tank in an auxiliary boiler, fuel required for the boiler can be conserved and more effective results can be obtained for the energy conserving purpose.
