The training equipment ensures the racket is correctly held when playing tennis and similar games. It comprises a one-piece frame (IV) with two adjustable belts, secured to the wrist and forearm so as to hold the racket at the desired angle and prevent wrist-sagging. One curved plate (VI) supports the wrist and has an adjustable strap securing it, while a second one (V) merely bears against the forearm halfway along it. One of the top ends of the frame is longer than the other, to which it is secured, and is bent over, an adjustable strap (I) being passed round it and from which the racket is suspended. FL.
