The frame is for a wall opening closed by a movable panel such as a door or window, and has two parallel components spaced apart, one supporting an oblong roll of gauze screen material and the other a member in which the locking strip on the end of the material engages. These two components (1,2) form the vertical members of the frame. There can be vertical panel edge sections parallel to these frame members and at an adjustable distance from them. One edge section and member support the roll, and the other the member engaged by the locking strip.
